  • Notes 
    • The witnesses at Mary's baptism were Alexandre Martin and Louise Rivard. Joseph and Mary Martin Guay are buried in Section 25, Plot 807, of St. Ann's Cemetery. At the time of the 1900 census, they were living with Louise Boucher Martin at 376 Richmond Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island. At the time of the 1920 census, Mary Guay was living on Diamond Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with her children Edward, David, Maud, and Louis, and two boarders. In 1930, she was living with her daughter Maud and son-in-law Edgar Benoit, at 119 Sprague Street, Providence, Rhode Island.
